Senior Administration Manager Jan 2006 - Present
I currently work in in the Security division of LLAO Ltd, specifically as Senior Admin Manager responsible for all rostering, recruitment, HR management, budgetary control tasks for Security department of 330 personnel.
Key Responsibilities:
 Direct and execute recruitment campaigns for Security personnel; involves undertaking extensive search and selection processes, telephone interviewing, assessment centres, competency based testing and face to face interviewing.
 Provide guidance and support for 330 airport security staff relating to all employment issues, ensuring the implementation of company policies and directives including performance management and disciplinary proceedings.
 Part of the senior management team constituted to re-evaluate and deliver significant change to operational roster/scheduling imparting considerable manpower savings.
 Afford strategic and analytical support to the security General Manager as well as Senior Terminal Operations Managers.
 Maintained control for the purchasing (SAP) functions for the department with expenditure exceeding £3m pa.


Key Achievements:
 Initiated and executed a resource scheduling project improving operational efficiency of security personnel by 14%.
 Managed and maintained attendance control procedures reducing staff long-term sickness by 40% and casual sickness by 25%.
 Implemented a new recruitment policy was which is audited and regularly monitored by Government regulators to ensure strict adherence to UK & EC legislation.
 Successfully recruited 56 Full Time / Part Time staff within 3 months (lead time including full criminal records bureau checks, in depth reference checks and 2 week training course).

 Undertaking the recruitment for new and existing stores including the: internal / external search & selection, telephone & face to face interviewing, assessment centres, referencing and contract negotiation.
 Managed five junior recruiters with responsibility for the opening of 35 new stores nationwide, prior to the Christmas period.
 Successfully lead, at short notice, an executive requirement to facilitate high volume recruitment activity hiring 30 new starters per month for six months.

Key Achievements:
 Within six months assumed role as Team Leader covering absence and leave.
 Temporarily managed a team of 11 advisors who achieved and surpassed all targets set for two consecutive months. Commended by Operations Manager on my people management skills and ‘getting the most out of my team’.
