Direct the project management framework across consultancy and contracting regional business units, providing leadership, guidance and support to PMs.

Provide contract administration services under FIDIC, incl. supervision, coordination of construction, inspection, testing and commissioning with particular emphasis on meeting contract requirements with respect to cost, time and quality.
Undertake lead consultant duties, set construction management plan, procedures for site inspections, shop drawings material submittals review and approvals.
Review contractor timeline schedule, regularly monitor progress against agreed baseline to ensure compliance with contract provisions, allocated resources and projected cash flow.
