Complete Rental Fleet Control & resource management to ensure smooth operation. Inventory Control and Management of regional Rental Yards to ensure maximum utilization of space, Overhaul Scheduling and coordination for OH plan execution of Rental Assets, R&M Cost Control and Review revenue and cost accounts on monthly basis and ensure set targets are met, Review existing business processes and look for any potential improvements, Supply Chain Management for Equipment/ Containers / Parts
Handling Logistics related matters kingdom wide for Power Projects of Altaaqa.
Reporting to the Fleet Service Manager-Power Projects leading a 8 man team directly and primarily responsible for the administration of centralized service department primarily aimed to reduce downtime of rental fleet and to ensure maximum utilization of service manpower.Controlling the Repair and Maintenance jobs of 500+ CAT Generators and 1000+ other accessories, Maintenance Planning, Daily Review of executed service jobs on all Project Sites, Control Workshop & Field Service staff, set KPIs and monitor on regular basis
