Responsibilities
• Responsible for IBM and Cisco Networking Business in EBM
• Responsible to handle Sales and Technical team to grow the business.
• Marketing the up-to-date products and services of EBM to the customers
• Working as a Pre-Sales person to help the sales team in selling the products.
• To get the prices from Cisco and IBM, prepare the BOQ for the customers.
• Responsible for the Network Architecture Design and Plan for the clients esp 10G and VM Network.
• To prepare the Project Plan, Scope of Work and technical documents for the end customer.
• Configuration and deployment of network components at the customer end
• Networking portfolio of Cisco and IBM include Routers, switches, Security, IP Telephony, Wireless Products, Network Virtualization.
• Responsible for conducting POC and technical trainings for the end-customers.

• Started the Cisco and IBM Networking sales in EBM
• Established the partnership between Cisco, IBM and EBM
• EBM becomes the first company in Middle East to sell the IBM-BNT network products.
• EBM becomes the first company in ME to sell the Cisco Smartcare Services.
• EBM achieved Cisco Premier Partnership within the first 3 months of networking business.

Responsibilities:
• Part of Pre-Sales team during the new projects survey.
• Responsible for the Network Architecture Design and Plan for the Clients
• To deploy and configure Wired and Wireless (Wifi) Networks (LAN and WAN) for the new clients.
• To respond against the complaints launched by the member clients.
• To train the clients about the Network Devices after complete deployment.
• Network products include Juniper, Alcatel, Fortinet and HP.

Responsibilities:
• To deploy and configure Wireless based Local Area Networks in Head Office, Business Continuity Site and branch offices in Lahore and Islamabad
• Coordination with vendor for deployment of Wide Area Connectivity (DXX, Frame Relay circuit, DSL lines and Dark Fiber) between sites in Karachi, Lahore and Islamabad Offices. This includes configuration of routers, switches, core multilayer firewall components and establishing VPN.
• Layer 2 (Broadcast domain) and Layer 3 (IP domain) connectivity between KSE, ISE and LSE
• Deployment and configuration of local connectivity between Offices located in three cities with the respective Stock Exchanges; Karachi Stock Exchange, Lahore Stock Exchange and Islamabad Stock Exchange
• Management and Coordination with PTCL team for deployment of PRI and BRI lines for Dialup connectivity
• Troubleshooting and maintenance of LAN and WAN Links. This includes monitoring of leased DXX and FR circuits, VPN tunnels and bandwidth utilization.
• Providing technical support to users and customers (LAN and Dialup)
