Job description
• Provide Regular & Schedule System Maintenance
• Securing Network & System, by installing MacAfee ePO
• Data Back Up, implementing Contingency Planning
• Drawing Desighn for hotel Network by using Visio App
• Follow Starwood Policy and Procedure in implementin PCI Compliance and coordinate to upgrade Systems to the latest Version (Opera V5, M9700 V3.5)
• Develop Electronic Form (Recupuration Form, Vacation Form, Time Attendance Form) using VB in Excel Application
• Provide 24x7 on-call duties as required
• Leading and Implimenting Link @Sheraton Project
Support for all Hotel Systems (Opera PMS V3, Micros 9700,
Nortel PABX, Vision Lock link, BO system, workstation HW & Printers)
2 ) Support in managing AD 2003 Server, Configuring Security GPO
3) Maintain documentation for all Hotel IT equipments, Network equipments, Starwood policy and Procedure
4) Asst in implementing ISA Server 2004
5) Asst Hotel in Design Email Footer Signature using Photoshop
