Key Result Areas:
* Prepare product presentations for NPIs (new product releases) and existing products for the support of
commercial channels: - projects and wholesale.
* Identify star products to nurture their sales & market growth and highlight cash cows to bolster sales.
* Determine product pricing by utilizing market research data; reviewing production and sales costs.
* Cooperate with the Central Product Team on product related matters (i.e. new pan-European or local
products, custom project requirements, technical issues).
* Work with central product managers on customized orders, cost and price.
* Plan & price products on the delineated targets, margin and AOP guidelines.
* Contribute to the planning of the product lifecycle from the point the product is rolled out from R&D to the
point the product is discontinued.
* Cooperate with the Marketing and Communications Manager in order to coordinate the launch of promotion
activities and events, catalogues, brochures & visual merchandise.

* Designing training materials for in-house courses.
* Monitoring and reviewing the progress of trainees through questionnaires and discussions with
managers.
* Ensuring that statutory training requirements are met.
* Interact with marketing leads to develop and supervise regional marketing budget.
* Develop execution plan and manage field team by implementing plan.
* Helping line managers and trainers solve specific training problems, either on a one-to-one basis or in
groups.
* Analyze and supervise local competition.
* Researching new technologies and methodologies in workplace learning and presenting this research.

* Create, deliver, edit, and optimize marketing materials.
* Ensure that messages are supportive of and consistent with marketing strategies.
* Provide support to marketing department.
* Work with manager and business units to determine event budget and manage expenses to that budget.
* Build and execute social media strategy through competitive research, platform.
* Determination, bench-marking, messaging and audience identification.
* Coming up with PR strategies.
* Writing press releases and calling around when trying to generate publicity.
* Writing reports on media coverage data.
* Overseeing content production (adverts, videos, social media and online PR stunts).
* Arranging press conferences and events.
