Duties:
• Managing and implementing marketing mix: product, price, place, promotion.
• Issuing a monthly sales plan and forecast for the area.
• Leading sales teams to achieve sales objectives
• Identifying potential customers in the market.
• Comparing products and their substitutes based on a range of criteria.
• Preparing and reviewing the monthly pricing of the competitive products.
• Following up the collection process with the coordination with the finance
department.
• Issuing all the weekly & monthly reports (sales reports - progress reports).
• Organizing, staffing, training, motivating, controlling and monitoring the sales
business and teamwork in line with company's strategies.
• Argue the monthly sales goals for the sales team.
• Allocating territories (geographical areas) for each sales representative to cover
sales target.
