• Oversee day-to-day site operations, ensuring compliance with project plans, specifications, and safety regulations.
• Monitor the progress of construction activities and take necessary actions to meet project milestones and deadlines.
• Perform regular site inspections and meetings with the contractor to identify and resolve issues and provide technical guidance to the on-site team.
• Monitor the contractor to ensure that they follow the approved planning and resource allocation to complete the works on time.
• Ensure that works are compliance with legal regulations and company procedures. Prepare project status reports and other project specific documentation under coordination with the RE.
 Quality Assurance:
• Implement and maintain quality control measures to guarantee the delivery of a high-standard infrastructure project.
• Conduct inspections and audits and supervise the construction to ensure that the contractor meets the project design, project specifications related to quality, workmanship and HSE.
• Under coordination with the RE responsible to ensure that the project meets industry standards, building codes and project specifications.
• Under the lead of the RE do the required reviews and approvals for all Contractors submittals like (WIRs, MIRs, SORs, NCRs, MSRA, Logistics Plans, Shop drawings, etc.)
 Safety and Compliance:
• Enforce safety protocols and ensure that all site personnel adhere to safety regulations and best practices.
• Stay up-to-date with local regulations and ensure full compliance with Saudi Arabian construction laws.
 Team Collaboration:
• Foster a collaborative work environment by effectively communicating with project managers, engineers, contractors, and subcontractors.
• Provide guidance, mentoring, and technical support to junior engineers and site staff.
• Under the lead of the RE be part and do the required communication with the project stakeholders
 Problem Solving:
• Identify and resolve site-related issues, and make informed decisions to keep the project on track.
• Develop contingency plans to mitigate risks and respond to unexpected challenges.
• Identify potential risks and under coordination of the RE and CRE create mitigation strategies.

• Glass Reinforced Plastic (G.R.P) diameter (800-900 mm).
