Hajar & Co. Certified Accountants is an audit and assurance, tax, advisory and consulting firm registered in Yemen as a partnership Company. It was established in 2020 by continuing the operations of Deloitte Yemen. The firm is one of the leaders of Yemen Market. It is a member of Allinial Global the 2nd largest accounting association in the world generating over $4.5 billion in collective revenues, and 868 offices in 99 countries.

1. Won the application and negotiation process to get Hajar & Co. membership with Allinial Global in 1 month.
2. Organised the smooth transitional process between Deloitte Yemen and Hajar & Co. within 3 months.
3. Worked closely with an executive management team of 6 to grow revenues by 60% in 3-year period.
4. Achieved greater than 93% monthly budget and forecast accuracy by implementing focused planning.
5. Established the internal audit services in Hajar & Co. office, which makes 20% of the firm’s revenue.
6. Overviewed engagement quality control for tens of assignments.
7. Managed a portfolio of over 20 clients.
8. Guided the day-to-day personnel and administrative operations of a team consisting of over 50 members.
9. Liaison closely with Group and Local Risk and Compliance Senior Management to ensure a coherent approach to risk management, achieving a satisfaction survey score of 5 of 5.
10. Maximised revenue by 55% by providing direct supervision and training to 5 managers to problem areas of the company.
11. Overall planning and budgeting of over 20% of the office’s client’s portfolio.
12. Managed tens of external audit engagements in several industries.
13. Champion and administrator from 2017 till 2020 of the First Pass check which is Deloitte Global database, which works as the first step in client’s acceptance procedures.
14. Champion and superuser of Deloitte Sana’a Office in applying the transformation from an audit system to another during a period of one year, from 2018 till 2019.
15. Successfully contributed in several technical enquiry documents with cross functional leaders around the middle east.
16. Handled scheduled quality control reviews from best-in-class reviewers and received excellent feedbacks.
