Deliver the INJAZ Lebanon social innovation program that covers ideation, business development and interpersonal skills training to groups of 20 to 25 youth
Support closely youth teams in developing their project’s idea and business plan.
Guide youth teams in developing an action plan and budget for their project’s implementation during the incubation and seed-funding phase.
Communicate sessions’ progress to Project Manager and maintain participants’ attendance records.
Ensure that all workings are manufactured in a correct, cost effective and timely manner in alignment with specifications and quality requirements
Purchase materials, plan inventory and ensure warehouse efficiency
Examine financial data/statements and use them to improve profitability
Recruit, train, supervise and appraise human resources

Working on the platform MT4: execution of clients’ orders for currencies, commodities and CFDs, re-quoting, activate or close a pending order and checking client's accounts.
Calculating the daily and weekly pivots points.
Staying up-to-date with financial news related to the products including different currencies, stocks, gold, silver, oil and gas.
Monitoring trends in currency pairings.
Analyzing research data and financial analysis reports for fluctuations in international financial markets.
Preparing financial reports on a daily basis.
