in (KRC) from Oct/2017 up to Nov/2020, with the following responsibilities :
1) PUMPS:
Preventive and breakdown maintenance in all types of centrifugal pumps such as
multistage, high pressure and high capacity pumps. Worked in plunger, piston and air
diaphragm pumps. Troubleshooting and overhauling of gear and screw pumps in oil
service.
2) RECIPROCATING COMPRESSORS:
Serviced, multi cylinder gas compressors Worked in NEUMAN & ESSER Compressors
3) STEAM TURBINES:
Worked in single and multistage steam turbine (back pressure and condensing type) for
turbo machinery Make: DRESSER RAND and SHIN NIPPON.
4) ALIGNMENT:
method of RIM/FACE and REVERSE alignment
shims are measured by using calculations and graphical method. Perform alignment by SKF
laser alignment tools.
5) MECHANICAL SEALS:
Worked in all types of cartridge seals.
Worked in single, double and tandem seals (pusher and non-pusher type).
Make: john crane, Burgmann, Flowserve, Sealol and Colossus.
6) STATIC SPECIALIZATION:
Worked in large capacities shell & tube coolers hydro testing, inspection and
commissioning the shell & tube and plate coolers. Testing and servicing PSV and all types
of valves.
7) Accomplished approved P&ID's, mechanical data sheets, piping drawings and documents with
respect to mechanical performance and specifications.
