❖ Acting to support the human factor in the company by devising strategies for performance evaluation, staffing, training and development etc.
❖ Supervises the identification of the competencies and development needs required for career development and career path in conjunction with the Managers and identifies or designs appropriate training and development programs.
❖ Monitor adherence to internal policies and legal standards (Social and Medical Insurance),
❖ Deal with grievances and violations invoking disciplinary action when required
❖ Lead the Head of People & OD in the implementation of the People First Strategy and
❖ continue to enhance the quality of delivery of the HR & OD service..
❖ Prepare operational budgets.
❖ Direct or coordinate the supportive services department of a business, agency, or organization.

❖ Monitor the facility to ensure that it remains safe, secure, and well-maintained.

❖ Implements human resources strategies by establishing department accountabilities, including talent acquisition, staffing, employment processing, compensation, health and welfare benefits, also insure employees subscription process in Social insurance
❖ Manages human resources operations by recruiting, selecting, orienting, training, coaching, counseling, and disciplining staff; planning, monitoring, appraising, and reviewing staff job contributions; maintaining compensation; determining production, productivity, quality, and customer-service strategies; designing systems; accumulating resources; Develops human resources operations financial strategies by estimating, forecasting,
❖ Design and implement Personnel policy: Salaries scale, Benefits (Medical care, accommodation, trip),
❖ Forecast of the long term staff and training needs for operating expenses budget in relation with the General Manager,
❖ Develop and maintain relationship with employment agencies, universities and other recruitment sources,
❖ Supervise the preparation of the required documentation to process the Payroll (Sick leave, Vacation, Gov. Taxes, Penalties and others),
❖ Develop and maintain human resource databases and manual filing systems,
❖ Prepare, maintain and process new employee contracts and all necessary files with general insurance (Social and Medical),
❖ Supervise subcontractors (cleaning services, pesticide, hospital, telephone, security) through a follow up based on EMAK standards,
❖ Prepare the Annual staff Budget according to company needs
