Job Responsibilities:
• Supervision of all the Electrical installation on site
• Preparation of shop drawings and material requisitions
• Coordination meetings with main-contractor and client
• Progress monitoring, review and verify subcontractor(s) monthly invoices
• Preparing RFI “Request for Inspection” for completed works for all mechanical activities
• Defining project constraints & key milestones based on the approved master work plan
• Assigning different tasks and work activities to the project team based on their skills/experience & capabilities with productivity monitoring
• Obtaining project resources in accordance with the company approved procurement plan and project budget monitoring
• Preparing two weeks look-ahead work schedule based on the updated master work program
• Executing the tasks defined in the approved project plan in order to achieve project goals
• Managing changes to the project scope due to site modifications or other factors and updating project time schedule and project costs
• Preparing monthly payment interim invoices application based on work progress percentages and submit it for approval and payment follow up

Revision of the tender documents, including specifications and drawings. - Preparing a preliminary design and consideration if needed - Contacting, suppliers and subcontractors - Preparing the Price analysis for the projects - Pricing Negotiation - Prepare oF Comparative Statement - Prepare oF Direct Cost Analysis Statement -To review shop drawing and materials submittal prior working start. - To coordinate all activities between contractors according to work progress . - To guidance & inspect a contractor to execute the work as per technical specification. - To maintain to quality assurance according with technical specification. - Supervising the implementation of the all electricity works

Medium voltage Switch-gear packages, Motor Control Centers Unit, substation transformer ( Step-up and Step-down transformer), Distribution Boards, Medium and Low Voltage Cables, Material take-offs Lighting, Power, Light Current Systems (Fire Alarm, Telephone/Data), Lightning Protection, Earthing and External Lighting, etc. - Revise Material submittal according to project specs and standard. Responsible for site Inspection Requests. Revise calculation sheets, Drawing field change, Request for information. Design Power and Lighting for operator space in the Building
