Job Description:
a. Review the monthly IPA with the contractor to approve and submit to the client.
b. Coordinate with the contractor related to RBOQ, IPC, claims, and change orders and resolve
any commercial Issues with the client.
c. Controlling contractual processes related to the project.
d. Prepare weekly and monthly report.
e. ensuring that building projects meet good legal and quality standards and making sure the company gets
good value for money.
f. Preparation Variation Order / Change the order as per Addition & Omission Items like changes to
the Items price of any items of Civil works & MEP Works, changes to the Quantities of any items
of work, changes to the level position and/or dimension of any part of work.
g. Quantity take-offs from drawings to accomplish the reporting of field quantities in accordance with
construction planning.
h. Maintain surveillance of all project activities and where necessary initiate corrective actions in conjunction
with the Site Manager to meet the objectives of the project.
i. Ensure adherence to or improvement on a project time schedule.
j. Attend and contribute information during team meetings with regards to current/outstanding issues.
k. Assisting in preparing quantity comparisons for Progress and Performance Reports.
l. assisting clients in locating and accessing additional and alternative sources of funds.
m. Coordinates with Team Leader for verifications, with Estimation Team Members for other
categories, with sales engineers/contractors and Team leader for preparing offers, with
a planning engineer for revising schedules, and with suppliers/procurement division for
obtaining updated quotes.

Job Description:
a. Preparation of BOQs & specifications.
b. Coordinate the costing and the quotations process.
c. Elaborate concept design by comparing to similar elements whose detailed design is available.
d. Execute D-Master takeoff further change and any kind of modification in Quantities of any
items of work, according to Shop drawing, changes according to the client, changes to the level
position and/or dimension of any part of work.
e. performing risk and value management and cost control.
f. identifying, analyzing, and developing responses to commercial risks.
g. Monitoring Contractor's cost control procedures throughout the duration of the project
including the: Design Phase, Construction Phase, Final Account & Defects Maintenance Phase.
h. Assessing, evaluating, and making recommendations related to any financial claim and providing the
necessary input with regards to settling such claims.
a. ensure that the site is supplied with all documentation, methods, and materials needed to
carry out the works.
b. Prepare temporary works drawings and site-related design drawings.
c. Coordinate on a daily basis with the subcontractors, and assist in the preparation of the work
requisition for the subcontracted works.
d. Prepare technical and commercial comparison sheets of offers received from the subcontractors, and follow
up on the subcontracted works, including the payment applications.
e. Prepare work requisition for all required permanent materials, prepare material submittals, and followup
on the approval process.
f. Follow-up on the deliveries and invoicing of these permanent materials.
g. assisting in establishing a client's requirements and undertaking feasibility studies.
h. Negotiating contracts with the contractor in partnership with the Commercial Manager and Contracts
Manager.
a. Prepare the construction method statements and risk assessments, and develop work methods and
temporary works necessary for your area.
b. Follow up on the permanent work design and coordinate this with the site.
c. Coordinate on a daily basis with the subcontractors, and assist in the preparation of the work requisition for
the subcontracted works.
d. Prepare work requisition for all required permanent materials, prepare material submittals, and followup
on the approval process.
e. Study and prepare requests for information (RFIs) for all missing, unclear, conflicting, or other technical
matters that may arise during construction.
f. Coordinate with the Surveying Engineer to provide him with all the information about land coordinates and any
site measurement required.
g. Quantity take-offs from drawings to accomplish the reporting of field quantities in accordance with
construction planning.
h. Prepare daily, weekly and monthly reports.
i. Preparing tender and contract documents, including bills of quantities with the architect and/or the client.
a. Maintenance of adequate communication links and interfaces between all project disciplines and Civil
Engineer / Construction Engineer.
b. Supervise, coordinate and control the site activities of the Civil Contractor(s).
c. Ensure compliance with the Technical Specification and Performance criteria.
d. Identification and management of project risks.
e. Attend regular progress review meetings to facilitate the production of regular progress reports.
f. Involving in Preparation of Shop drawings, as-built drawings.
g. Assisting in preparation of Invitation to Tender Packages and the preparation of tender documentation.
h. Advising on the maintenance costs of specific buildings.
