• Receiving and translate radar notice and submit to the port on time.
• Receiving manifest from POL and updating the same in SEDI system.
• Preparing translation for the manifest
• Updating vessel ETA to the consignee and notify party on time and making maintenance for their data
• Sending on time Vessel ETA to the consignee
• Issuing D/O and make required corrections from the customs through SEDI system
• Receiving original shipping documents and check all are in order to proceed for customs clearance
• Preparing Performa invoice for the customer according to shipping documents
• Colleting D/O from the shipping line and making translation for the Commercial Invoice and submitting to the customs for Custom statement(TheBayan)
• Follow up with customs clearance representative inside port and updating to the client on daily basis.
• Coordinate with IPS Co &SGP CO. for movements of import containers ( FU)
• Coordinate with transportation department and updating to clients
• Ensure smooth handling of offshore and onshore operations and maintaining good business relationship with the offshore offices.
• Resolve customer problem & complaints to ensure customer satisfaction and arrange meetings if required

 Worked as a Customs Clearance Officer in ABDULLA AL OBILLI CUSTOMS CLEARANCE CO. LTD, Dammam Saudi Arabia from 2009 July to 2012 February.
 Worked as Custom Clearance coordinator, Accountant & Translator, Transportation Department in King Abdul-Aziz Sea Port - King Fahad Causeway & King Fahad Airport Branches for 3 years in Dammam, Saudi Arabia
