Analyse defects and deviation on line and products returns from customers by use quality
tools and send daily reports.
- Follow quality Forms during production process.
- Proposing improvement to the production process.
- Monitoring the use of equipment to ensure it is safe and discard any that do not meet
requirements.
- Carry out quality assessment measures of all the products ready to be shipped and returns
from customers.
- Supervise at the plans, specifications, and blueprints to understand for new products
requirements.
- Monitor production area continuously and ensure the implementation of food safety system.
- Supervise on QC technicians.
- Auditing warehouse and line.
- Supervise external samples prepared.
- Communicate with committee members of scrap and prepare disposal report
