Work Description:
o Identify training needs by evaluating strengths and weaknesses in corporation with the career plan
section.
o Perform administrative tasks such as monitoring costs, scheduling classes and coordinating
enrollment
o Translate requirements into trainings that will prepare employees to keep up with their career
development.
o Develop or monitor the training aids including handouts, instructional materials, aids and manuals
o Assess training effectiveness and ongoing programs quality to ensure if there are any changes into
employees work behavior.
