Contributing to PMO and Project Control department, engaged in creating project plans,
reports, scheduling, and relevant technical documentation for Planning and Project
controls.
• Preparing High-level schedules for the different zones and trades in the project.
• Preparing High-level reports and presentations.
• Preparing & Reviewing the Technical documents related to the Planning and
Project controls.
• Conducting meetings with other stakeholders to optimize the process and
reporting approach.
• Reviewing the Subcontractors work and reporting to the higher management.

Project:
Scope of Work: 5 buildings each have (Basement + GR +6 Typ. +Upper Roof),
Infrastructure Work (Electrical, Sewage, Water Networks).
Total Project 30 Million
Developing baseline schedules, overseeing subcontractors, and reporting to PMO.
Progress monitoring, and time extension claims, ensuring stakeholder awareness through
presentations and meetings.
• Preparing baseline schedule for the whole project.
• Update project time schedule with actual progress and reports.
• Assist in preparing BOQ and other cost assessments.
• Preparing cash flow and manpower histograms internal man‐hour reports.
• Supervise construction activities and preparing, weekly, Bi-weekly and monthly
reports to the Head office
• Track project delays and notify the project manager if any delay happens
• Set weekly construction targets and updates progress status.
• Preparing and updating of project monthly reports and dashboards.

• Develop cost and resource-loaded baseline schedules integrating design,
subcontractors, and material supply schedules into the master construction
schedule for all the company assets in Stokholm City.
• Ensure effective technical facility management process control for the daily work
operations and maintenance tasks according to tenant requirements.
• Ensure the required technical support for the property managers been provided
and achieved and adequate contact with the authorities to ensure that the related
government requirements and permits have met and achieved.
• Prepare weekly and monthly reports and presentations to stakeholders using
Power BI.
• Prepare and issue project management-related correspondences to the engineer
and nominated subcontractors (e.g., notices of delay, performance issues, etc.).
• Ensure timely and accurate project status reporting for management and client
review.
• Develop detailed periodic reports that ascertain schedule and cost variance
explanations and corrective actions required.
• Coordinate schedule data with the project team during weekly meetings. Identify
and communicate schedule and cost issues to the team.
• Monitor and control work progress for nominated subcontractors and report the
required action to management.
• Prepare progress status presentations for clients during weekly progress meetings
and conduct effective discussions regarding current project status.

Project: Ibn Sinas hospital 600 beds
Scope of Work: 600 beds Hospital (Basement + 3 floors Podium +20 Typ. +Upper Roof),
Infrastructure and landscape works (Roads, Landscape, Sewage, Irrigation, Water
Networks and Electrical Networks).
