Project name : Alsubiey private residence compound - Riyadh - ksa Scope of work landscape works ( swimming pools, water mirrors, rock and stone cladding, planting and irrigation networks, drain networks, roads paving )As a project manager I started from pre construction by negotiating with the client and stakeholders in design review and getting approval, then following and managing the project team for execution the project and reviewing all plans, safety plan, quality plan, control cost and project budget, submit forms for consultant review and approval, time schedule monitoring firmly.
I worked with Saudi bin laden group SBG (the main contractor) scope of SBG was design and built. The project consists of 2 packages 421, 422My position was construction Manager for packages 421 (main terminal building, Air traffic control tower, data centers, load centers, infrastructure, networks and connections, main pump station, grand airport mosque As a construction manger, I manage my team through all the project to ensure safety, quality, execution on time, Follow up with planning team, cost control team, contracts team to ensure our goal of the highest level.For kAIA project I started from day one of the project till handover.
