̶ Responsible for supporting the production of six multi-million-Riyal steel assembly tools.
̶ Preparing and processing RFQ's, RFI's, RFP's on our portal and executing purchase orders.
̶ Managing vendor selection, price, and contract terms negotiations.
̶ Continuously improving cost reduction activities and managing purchasing spend.
̶ Administering contracts for purchased services and performing routine contract purchase audits.
̶ Maintaining records of supplier questionnaires and financials.
̶ Worked on vendor invoices on a daily basis to ensure the receipt of payment on all purchase orders and non-purchase order items.
̶ Communicating cross-functionally with internal clients, other employees, and suppliers to answer questions, provide information, and resolve various problems.
̶ Provide forward and reverse supply plans, such as requesting and retrieving materials from suppliers.
̶ Controlling the flow of materials in and out of a storehouse facility.
̶ Management of inventory, such as calculating actual inventory and matching with SAP.
̶ Managed the direct and indirect material procurement for a range of electrical projects.
̶ Developed and implemented procurement strategies to reduce costs and improve efficiency
̶ Support project teams whenever is needed by obtaining quotes from different suppliers.
̶ Negotiating price, quantity, and delivery schedules with suppliers.
̶ Monitoring supplier performance and resolving issues and concerns.
̶ Support procurement lead on procurement strategic activities for the four segments (Standardization, procurement plans, Subcontractor development)
̶ Support vendors with proposal evaluations
̶ Oversee and manage a team of volunteers at the Recreation Division of the Central Community Services Department.
̶ The primary responsibility here is to recruit, train, schedule, and supervise these individuals in order to ensure that they are effectively performing their duties.
