Site management and handling of the work as per approved drawings, method statements and specifications. -Supervision of excavation, backfilling with nuclear field density test -Formwork, steel work and pouring concrete for foundations, columns necks, grade beams, slab on grades, columns, beams, core walls, stairs, solid + flat slab + Hollow block, UG tank with water stop and waterproof concrete admixture + waterproof bituminous membrane coating. -Preparation of bar bending schedule for many structural elements -Supervision of subcontractors for some items as waterproofing, CMU walls, upstand, parapet -Liaising with consultants, client and subcontractors -Preparation of monthly invoices, quantities take off sheets and coordination with owner
Analyze plans, survey reports, drawings & maps to plan & design projects.
Review construction costs, government regulations & project risk analysis stages
Maintain compliance with safety & regulations; Evaluate operations & processes
Monitored the project cycle of slabs and stairs and the steel reinforcement
Assist Senior Engineers in supervising & conductiong project scope of work.
Perform technical review on specifications ensuring clarity & competitive bidding
Ensure governmental permits and materials are suffieint, valid & on site.
