procure contractors to enhance the plant operations.
• Developed a sourcing strategy for existing projects to optimize the allocation of
resources, maintain quality assurance best practices, and accelerate the delivery
of enhanced outcomes for the plant.
• Conducted weekly meetings with multi-functional and multi-national teams to
supervise project performance, optimize workflows, and facilitate continuous
improvements of the deliverance.
