Master’s degree in counseling and psychosocial support with +10 years of experience in GBV, empowerment, psychosocial support, child protection, psychoeducation, case management and livelihood projects with Syrian Refugees, Jordanian in Host Community and Palestine Refugees, ITS (Inform tents settlement) and governmental & local partner (Ministry of social development -shelter). +10 years of experience working with children & women. Social worker and International Trainer with +12 in camps and urban areas. Fully aware of the Guiding principles for CP & GBV coordination and programming, always apply, abide and ensure compliance to the international standards and guiding principles for ethical CP, GBV, disability and elderly programming these principles when referring and or receiving cases, plan with all other actors to avoid duplication and address gaps including geographical and programmatic gaps, Identifying trends and emerging issues and, coordinating interventions with other sectors, share and circulate regular and appropriate information, analysis, and tools to enhance protection coordination and ensure members are kept abreast of protection concerns on the national level, contribute to the development and implementation of the Protection strategy and Work Plans that include CP,GBV, disability, and Ageing, regularly attend meetings and share information about activities and the challenges encountered in the field, actively participate in the tasks of Mafraq Protection WG and carry out workshops between non-governmental and governmental organizations, especially in important campaigns related to International Refugee Day, International Women's Day, 16 days of activism.
