I am responsible for organizing and supervising the manufacturing of products and the workflow within the various production lines, my duties revolve around supervising production operations, developing production plans, taking into account costs, and ensuring that production proceeds according to the specified schedule and meets the required quality and standards.
In addition to recording employee data, production and quality data, and preparing performance reports and submitting them to management.
Conducting internal safety inspections and audits. Working closely with management and setting safety standards in the workplace.
Ensuring that organizational activities comply with applicable safety regulations.
Periodic and continuous inspection of workplaces and reporting any matter that constitutes a danger.
Ensuring that employees adhere to and wear the occupational safety uniform.
Ensure From the employees’ commitment to the profession, they are qualified, appropriate and able to carry out it.
They place signs and posters to exercise caution and pay attention to risks and the occurrence of accidents.
Control risks and personal protective equipment and adherence to their use.
Review the receipt of materials to be stored.
Ensuring the availability of items in the warehouse according to the quantities requested for them.
Preserving goods from loss or damage.
Arranging allocated storage spaces within the warehouse.
Reducing storage costs and space utilization.
Working to monitor workers inside the warehouse regarding their attendance, departure, and good appearance.
Responsible for developing the company’s sales development programs, supervising sales representatives and supporting them to increase the company’s sales, setting special sales goals and following them up, directly supervising sales representatives and providing them with the necessary support to help them develop the company’s sales, preparing the annual and monthly plan.
To increase sales to the company’s customers, and to help prepare the company’s annual marketing plans, work to find appropriate solutions to the problems facing the staff by discussing them well, prepare messages and respond to any problems or messages coming from customers, follow up with the staff for monitoring.
Examine and evaluate the crew’s performance while carrying out their work, and assist management in conducting an annual performance evaluation.
