King Abdullah Financial District Project, Sport Boulevard Project.
Function as the main technical adviser on a construction site for subcontractors, craftspeople, and operatives.
Check plans. Ensure that all materials used, and work performed are in accordance with the specifications. Oversee the selection and requisition of materials. Oversee quality control and health and safety matters on site. Day-to- day management of the site, including supervising.

Attends weekly meetings with Project Managers/Construction Managers, and Site Engineer(s) for look-ahead plan. Reviews the Variations/Change Orders/Time extensions with Project Director's Project Managers/ Site Construction Managers to give feedback about the impact on the project. Issues material requisition forms in coordination with Project Manager/ Construction Manager. A weekly Presentation is given to Owner and Director's to update them on what has transpired.
