construction stages with office support and supervision.
▪ Perform building services design demand calculations and sizing as per international and local
guides and standards. The services include Medical Gases, water supply, drainage, storm,
HVAC, fire‐fighting, etc.
Engineering Design of Mechanical systems for commercial, residential, Hotels and industrial
projects from concepts to construction stages.
▪ Perform building services design demand calculations and sizing as per international and local

▪ Attend coordination meetings or workshops with our clients to discuss design issues and
address client’s comments.
▪ Perform equipment selections and sizing based on design values and calculations.
▪ Follow up client & authorities approvals include ESTIDAMA and local authorities approval
(ADCD, ADDC & ADSSC)
Engineering Design of Mechanical services for commercial /residential buildings, Hotels and
industrial projects in the Jordan and the gulf region. Responsible for specifications, equipment
sizing & selection, drawings, calculations and client approval of AC, fire fighting, plumping and
any related mechanical system.
▪ Follow up site engineers and contractors to improve the design as per clients requirements.
▪ Site supervision & office technical support for supervision department responsible for
Inspection requests and review material submittals & shop drawings for all mechanical
systems.
