Responsible for searching for the candidates and conduct for the interview as well as negotiating them if needed.
Responsible for all the procedures for hiring .
Entering the files of the employees into the company’s system.
Responsible for the employee’s certificate such as experience certifucate and etc.
A weekly update of data sheet reports between the company’s data, MOL and Muqeem.
- Inteirviews Coordination & Scheduling and Conducting phone Interviews.
- Screen resumes and Job applications
-ourcing & Screening the resumes to fill the Vacancies by using different Methods.
- Interviewing the potential Candidates via phone or in person.
- Prepare the Job Offers, Contracts and Exit Interviews
- Follow up with candidates throughout the hiring process and after Joining to the Org.
- Responsible of the new Employee registration in training, fingerprint, Orientation program and Medical Insurance.
