I was assigned to rehabilitate and develop the High Gardens Residence. A four-story, twenty-five-apartment building.
• Prepared and renovated a residential building with modern aspects.
• Developed an entire security system, including gates, CCTV, and firefighting system.
• Equipped all units with all necessary items, tools, and comfortable furniture.
• Enhanced the resident’s and guests’ experience by providing unique services & suitable environment.
• Reviewed and created a complete understanding of the Saudi Arabia General Authority for Real Estate and
Ministry of Justice leasing guidelines to make sure all contracts follow the relevant regulations.
• Managed all leasing requirements, including agreements, negotiation, and communication with individuals and
entities.
• The project completion had been set to 2023-year end. However, it was fully operational by October 2023, two months earlier than the assigned completion date
• Responsible for financing and leasing contracts and detailing the rights and obligations to the customers.
• Concentrated on commercial paper and transactions, in addition to activating the role ofsupervising money
laundering operations, forgery, etc.
• Issuing, amending, and canceling the power of attorneys and explaining the legal terms to the customers.
In addition to my administrative role as an assistant principal, I taught high school all Islamic law courses.
