As a social media specialist my main responsibility is to manage all the companies account and follow up with customers.

I manage the accounts after the plan is settled down,
as a content creator, the content and the slogans must be related to the business with direct or indirect action.

Customer Service for Google In the gulf region. What we do exactly is calling customers who own a business big one or small or even mid-business to set all the information of their business on google maps and to be able to control the business and do marketing through Google My Business (GMB) application with a unique verification code for the business.

I worked in different sections, 1st as a social media specialist I took care of most of the accounts of our clients around 20 accounts for facebook and instagram. ( including boosting and design of the posts).
2nd I worked with them as a telemarking and sales, taking deals and appointments to get new projects to the company.

I worked on double positions, in the morning i work 4 hours as telemarking agent to get new leads for the company, and in the after noon I take care of the social media of our clients.
