Responsibilities :

- Developing and designing plans and programs for planned and emergency maintenance of all building and facility systems.
- Management of spare parts stores and work equipment.
Ensure and follow up all maintenance teams that they comply with the rules and policies of Occupational Safety and health.
- Setting maintenance budgets, negotiating with external contracting companies and supervising the performance and execution of their works on time and in accordance with the specifications and quality agreed by the contract.
- Meet and address the recommendations and needs of customers and guests.
Prepare periodic technical and administrative reports
