Responsibilities:
Management and follow-up the operation and maintenance of MEP systems and FM services as electrical appliances and machines, lighting systems, low current systems and CCTVs, as well as mechanical systems that include elevators and escalators, HVAC which include heating system, ventilation and air conditioning systems, fire alarm and fire extinguishing system, plumbing and water drainage, construction and painting works, moreover keeping out of facility cleanness.
Developing and designing preventive, predictive, and emergency maintenance of all building and facility systems.
Management of spare parts, materials and work equipment stores.
Ensure and follow up all maintenance teams that they comply with the rules and policies of Occupational Safety and health.
Preparing maintenance budgets, negotiating with external contracting companies and supervising the performance and execution of their works on time and in accordance with the specifications and quality that were agreed by the contract.
Meet the recommendations and Complaints of clients or customers and guests.
Prepare periodic technical and administrative reports.
