Coordination and Follow up Department; Position: Administrative Coordinator
• Follow up inbound and outbound documentation cycles. Particularity, documents from/to State Audit Bureau of Kuwait, internally and externally; and ensure all documentations were submitted and requests were answered in a timely manner.
• Created an Electronic Archiving system and initialed remote communication.
Financial Planning and Control Department; Position: Supervisor System Accounting
• Update and preparing any needed reports or reconciliations and prepare financial models according to the Central Bank of Kuwait's instructions & requirements and report them accordingly.
• Maintain the accounts in Excel and keep track of outflow payments, while maintaining payables accounts and make payments through various ways such as cheques, Transfer, cash, or simply credit bank account.
