• Assisting in the review and analysis of existing quality management system documentation, including policies, procedures, work instructions, and forms, to ensure compliance with ISO 9001 standards.

• Assisting in maintaining and updating the organization's quality management system documentation, ensuring version control, and ensuring that documents are accessible and understandable to relevant stakeholders.
• Assisting in monitoring and evaluating the organization's compliance with ISO 9001 requirements, including tracking key performance indicators, conducting periodic reviews, and providing recommendations for continuous improvement.
• Assisting in facilitating effective communication between the consultant or auditor and various stakeholders within the organization, including management, staff, and external parties involved in the quality management system.
• Understanding and implementing quality systems, industrial laws, laws and standards followed in the Suzuki industry, and the ability to implement them.
• Communicate effectively with the team and employees to ensure understanding of the company’s needs and customer expectations.
• Accuracy and focus on details, carefully checking the technical and practical aspects, as well as focusing on the finer details in cars and all the steps followed from the customer’s entry into the company.
• Analyze problems, identify root causes and take appropriate measures to correct them.
