Major responsibilities:
• Prepare proposals, assist in presentations, and participate in contract negotiations.
• Provide overall management of projects from concept to completion including environmental, permitting, planning, estimating, engineering, right-of-way acquisition, project controls, bid phase services, procurement, construct ability reviews, material management, construction management, and closeout.
• Drive project schedules, manage scope, and control project costs;
• Assist with internal project financials, staffing, legal coordination, risk management, and human resource issues.
• Serve as primary point of contact with client regarding efforts such as client coordination, strategic planning, master scope management, budget finances, subcontracting, project staffing, environmental compliance, facility support and schedule attainment.
• Develop and implement project policies and procedures, establish project controls systems and implement the project execution plan.
• Work closely with the Project Team to confirm deliverable and services are being provided to client’s satisfaction.
• Report regularly on progress, cost and schedule metrics, procurement issues, safety or environmental concerns, design questions, potential impacts, and any issues requiring office support.

Managing the main activities of implementation services for 70 teams, 6 projects, 4 Accounts as follows:
• Personnel management of resources in Implementation services including recruitment, appraisal, and competence development \[Electrical Power installation Switch/Core Teams, NRO Site Supervisors, Project Coordinators & Implementation Managers\].
• Managing Authorized Resource Provider (ARP) including participation in sub-contracting negotiation & Resources’ performance management.
• Plans the activities and work schedules of the Implementation services personnel in accordance to ongoing projects and activities using MS project tool.
• Responsible for the safety of the Implementation teams, by establishing and communicating clear safety regulations.
• Budget and cost control plus profit & loss analysis based on labor man hour rate.

Responsible for Maintenance & Constructions projects with various GSM Operators in Algeria, to control the whole process of the department as follows:

Prepare and monitor the modifications from the Maintenance budget through the sub-contractors. Responsible for preparing the monthly progress reports corrective plans in case of budget division.
Responsible for Monitoring & Managing the performance of emergency calls system for corrective & preventive maintenance activities.
Represent the company in the weekly meeting with Mobinil for negotiating the Contract conflicts, performance and the invoices.
Lead the Negotiations, preparations and the renewals of Mobinil GSM network annual Operations & Maintenance contract SLA and technical Scope of work for the years from 2000 till 2005 completely as the 1st responsible for contract negotiations.
Prepare and monitor the infrastructure modifications from the Maintenance budget. Responsible for preparing the monthly progress reports corrective plans in case of budget division.
Review and follow up the purchase orders technically and financially before authorizing them, beside Share in preparing and issuing some of them and also updating the suppliers list to cover all activities.
Act as Operation Manager in tracking and synchronizing the flow of work in order to achieve services through stand by staffs (24/365) all over the country.
Review the corrective maintenance reports technically and financially before authorizing them.

• Complete Electrical Design of Transformer KIOSKS (Protective Devices & Indicators).

• Distribution & control panels for industrial companies (AC/DC & ATS).
