Job Description: Playing a key role in overseeing and executing procurement activities to support the organization objectives, strategic sourcing, supplier management, contract negotiation, and ensuring compliance with procurement policies.
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and implement procurement strategies aligned with organizational goals and budget Restrictions.
• Develop and maintain procurement policies, procedures, and documentation to ensure compliance with regulations and industry standards.
• Analyze market trends, conduct supplier assessments, and assess risks to make informed procurement decisions.
• Manage the procurement process from requisition to receipt of goods, including purchase order processing, invoice verification, and inventory management.
• Monitor supplier performance, resolve issues, and implement corrective actions to ensure compliance with contractual agreements and quality standards.
• Lead team in evaluating supplier proposals, selecting vendors, and awarding contracts based on company standards. Develop and maintain procurement policies, procedures, and documentation to ensure compliance with regulations and industry standards.
