Reporting and Budgeting Department
• Preparation of commission reports
• Preparation of the payment package including adding all related documentation
• Assisting Supervisor and Senior Manager Accounting in preparing monthly reports
• Preparation of Bank Reconciliations for Payment related bank Accounts
• Develop periodic financial reporting reports in an accurate and timely manner
• Provide details and support to the Budget Team as well as the Tax team in UCA
• Forecast, monitor, and track cash flow in line with applicable regulations
• Keep up to date with the market, assess possible investment opportun and deliver proposals to management
• Assisting Supervisor in preparing monthly reports
• Manage all bank charges related to bank accounts and loan facilities and report to Treasurer any discrepancies between actual fees and agreed fees as per agreements
• Perform other related duties as assigned by the Treasurer
