Currently working as a team member of the Investment and Partnerships department
Key accountabilities include:
• Managing and leading some of the Investment & Partnerships key initiatives/projects from the initial and execution phase
toward achievement. Including reviewing project deliverables, reporting, tracking progress, coordinating, and ensure
alignment with different stakeholders.
• Manage, monitor, and reporting the existing performance of the investment portfolio and assess the setting KPIs and revisit
it periodically and report actual performance compared to the planned.
• Support in developing the Investment Policy Statement (IPS) by providing input and plans in line with the overall business
objectives, managing the investment portfolio risk, and develop exit strategy and investment divestment.
• Responsible for providing input regarding the estimated budget of the portfolio projects, including but not limited to costs,
Capex, Opex, etc., and coordinating with the finance department to ensure budget availability.
• Manage and prepare investment memorandum/reports as required, review any investment proposals by portfolio, and
liaise with external consultants.
• Managing individual projects and asset management activities within the portfolio (e.g., real estate assets).
Key accountabilities include:
• Lead the coordination with the government entities in the eco-system to ensure consistent alignment with Makkah city
strategy and enable the real estate investment projects.
• Assist in drafting full-fledged RFPs for the department projects and being capable of understanding project needs.
• Manage various activities such as initiate presentations for different meetings, budgeting, business cases, and reporting of
projects and initiatives that are handled, enabled, and supervised by the Investment department.
• Lead and coordinate with various projects and initiatives within RCMC that require analysis, assessment, and action plans
related to the investment areas.
• Building a professional relationship with external entities (government/ private) ensures alignment with RCMC's strategic
direction and enables the investment projects in Makkah city.
Achievement:
Being the project manager for activating the business plan for Kidana Development Company (KDC) the master developer for
the holy sites, subsidiary of the RCMC. Project includes, the governance model for the company, organization structuring,
financial projections, incorporation process and key performance indicators monitoring.
Key accountabilities include:
• Involvement in all aspects of the Investment / Real Estate development transactions process.
• Liaising with external parties - the client, legal advisers, technical and market consultants.
• Pro-active role in structuring real estate fund product, negotiation of term sheet, management of CMA application process.
• Reviewing market data, financial reports, and legal documents with a view to integrating into underwriting assumptions.
• Monitors and analyzes specified commercial and residential real estate market conditions, using the area’s internal and
external real estate, financial and economic data, as well as research.
• Responsible to builds and maintains working relationships to acquire market insights from internal and external sources,
such as lenders, appraisers, brokers, and research professionals.
Achievement:
I was part of the Investment team, we managed to secure the fund raising of Sukuk amounting SAR 500 million.
