I am working in The Planning, Strategy and Digital Transformation Department. I joined Strategy & Transformation Unit. Recently, I was engaged with multiple projects as the following;
• Modeling the Business Process of STC Tech & Ops using ARIS BPM tool in The Business Process Excellence (BPE).
• Developing, reengineering and modelling the Business Process Management in ARIS in The Digital Government Authority (DGA).
• Designing and modelling the business process and developing the related policies and procedures to reflect the services provided in The Ministry of Finance (MOF).
• Analyzing stakeholders information and defining their roles and responsibilities by identifying business capabilities and intersections with stakeholders, in order to clarify the ecosystem in a comprehensive manner, whether for internal or external parties. And Manage the Digital strategic assessment process, KPIs, Initiatives and provide recommendations in The National Cybersecurity Authorty (NCA).
• Building the roadmap for transformational projects based on global trends and benchmarking studies. Identifying the gaps based on business capabilities at National, Enterprise & Cluster Levels in The Ministry of Health (MOH). As one of the more senior members of the team, I was involved in the decisions and support of the management by reach the top one level in QIYAS and The National Overall Reference Architecture (NORA) Methodology.
• Developing of innovative for digital services technologies and solutions. Empower the organization by using data for decision making and increase secured accessibility. Ensure effective communication on strategic objectives through leading communication, training and awareness sessions. Utilize data visualization & analytics tools by collect, analyze and consolidate the information to develop the periodic status reports in The Ministry of National Guard (MNGHA).
