Working for (Call Center Department)
- Follow-up the employment of the female and male employees for Customer Service, in coordination with Human Resources Department.
- Follow-up all administrative work for managers and team leaders at the call center also the Customer service staff, in coordination with other departments.
- Responds to inquiries on a variety of matters such as the status of pending cases, administrative and court rules, and appeal procedures.
- Schedules and arranges meetings and conferences and notifies interested parties.
- Preparing legal documents such as pleadings, briefs, opinions, complaints, administrative decisions, orders, and subpoenas from verbal or written instructions, dictation, shorthand notes, rough drafts.
- I am responsible for all the in/out mail work & filing it.
- Doing different documents using computer & Internet.
- Set up and maintain office files, keep correspondence, make filing reports available for reference.
- Managing and prioritizes calendar taking full responsibility for resolving conflicts in business.
- Follow-up and do the necessary correspondence for the Company (mails, faxes and letters).
- Arranging meetings and seminars in respect to the company’s activities.

- Make all the certificates for to home it's urgent.
- Making files for every employee potting all the urgent papers for this person.
- Following up all the kinds of vacations for every employee.
- Updating the system of the affairs every day.
- Meeting our client companies to see the progress of the selected candidates.
- Administer and Coordinate recruitment, staff benefits, payroll and other human resources functions.
- Coordinate with other organization.
- Responsible for managing the books Inventory using the Great Plains System.
- Receiving books and Instructor manuals orders for Human Soft Centers in Kuwait, Qatar, Dubai, and Abu Dhabi.
- Receiving books and Instructor manuals orders Locals & overseas. (Company's, Training Centers, Universities, Colleges etc...).
- Preparing the shipments and supervising its shipping and delivery.
- Organizing with printing press for the printing of our books.
- Follow-up of Human soft outside deliveries.
- Converting Training lectures from small video tapes to big ones and maintaining their storage.
- Revising all invoices of shipments and delivery with the accounting department.
- Answering calls, taking messages and handing correspondence. Typing preparing and collating reports.
- Organizing and servicing meeting (Producing agendas and taking minutes)
- Managing databases, filing.
- Management: Taking care of appointments and meetings, in charge of following the employee’s time sheet, Creating, Sending and receiving faxes, memoir and mails.
- Financial: Checking and typing Budget for companies, making and Checking Invoices, salary’s monthly with chief accountant, following customers.
- Training: Researches and supports the implementation of maintaining essential databases required for smooth operation such as customers, courses, speakers, ballrooms, seminar halls and key personnel addresses. Coordinate and follow up with all levels of the training department personnel and outside service companies, Preparing and typing all training materials.
