Evaluate, enhance, develop HC Policies & Procedures to be fully aligned with rules and regulations and leading practice in the market.
Enhancing HC procedures and highlighting recommendation to develop the procedure and its related forms.
Creating and designing guide manuals for number of policies to be published for employees.
Designing interface for automated HC procedures.
Managed weekly project updates for Human Capital and its related reports.
6 Months rotation between the HR department, which included number of projects:
Restructuring number of sectors in the organization.
Completing Employee transfer procedure.
Filtering and nominating for the GDP in the company.
Supervision and coordination on the coop training program and trainees.
Managed and Completed an archiving project for the HR department.
Responsible for issuing all employee related letters (I.e. Employment certificate, Experience letters…etc.)
