* Dealing with employee affairs services.
* Ensure that the company adheres to labor and GOSI laws and achieves the Saudization rate and certificates of compliance.
* Creating employment contracts for newly hired employees and procedures for leavers and dealing with absence.
* Creating employee records and constantly updating the employee database.
* Preparing monthly reports such salaries and commissions updating in GOSI and Mudad.
* Preparing monthly reports on the payments of government fees that we have made, such as fees for work permits, visas and the issuance/renewal of residency, Chamber of Commerce certification fees, GOSI invoices and etc.
* Representing the organization to government agencies such as ministries, agencies, embassies, traffic, airports and etc.
* Dealing with electronic services websites such as (Muqeem, Chamber of Commerce, Mudad, Qiwa, HRDF, MOFA and Balady).
