- HR Specialist for 3 projects, including a mega project on NEOM, with over 1, 300 employees.
- Assisting with the recruitment for new employees, including (screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and processing new-hire paperwork.)
- Handling 500 employee files, including Saudi, transfer of sponsorship, and overseas employees, making sure they are uploaded and organized on SharePoint platform.
- Adding new employees through Oracle (personal information, positions, joining date, direct managers, and salaries etc.)
- Incharge for onboarding new employees (orientation, processing paperwork, employee ID, qiwa contract, medical, fingerprint activation etc.)
- Responsible for the entire employee lifecycle, from join to termination, using Oracle ERP system.
- Handling all activities / project related to employee relations.
- Undertaking investigations and disciplinary actions, including issuing warnings
- Managing employee affairs using the Oracle ERP system ( attendance, working hours, clearance requests, resignations, employee transfers between different departments, request for employee letters, vacations etc.)
- Submitting requests to government telations through the tracker on SharePoint, including: (issuance of Iqama, renewal of Iqama, activation of an employee in GOSI etc.)
- Handling requests received through the HR tracker on SharePoint, including tasks such as (resignations, porivde muqeem print, issue employee letters, issuing warning letters, loss of Iqama or ATM card etc.)
