Project: Roads & Infrastructure in Al Kheesa North & East (Rawdat Al Hamama) Client: ASHGHAL Consultant: WSP Contractor: CRCC Boring corrugated pipes of diameter 200 to 400 mm using Vermeer Axis machine. Grouting for the annular gap between the ground and the pipe to assure that there is no leakage between the pipe joints. The total length of the project is 8.5 km.
Project: Design & build of Doha South Terminal Pumping Station and Regional Odour control System (DSTPS_OCS), at Al Thumama Client: ASHGHAL Consultant: STANTEC Contractor: ZUBLIN Boring RC pipes with GRP lining of diameter 1400 mm, & 1600 mm of PN16 bar using AVN 1400 machine and MTS 1600 machine respectively. Grouting for the annular gap between the ground and the pipe to assure that there is no leakage between the pipe joints. The total length of the project was 530 m. Installation of GRP Flanges & Fittings & Hydrostatic testing of the completed twin tunnel drive of dia. 1400 mm & 1600 mm. Job Role: Develop project plans and timelines. Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables. Monitor project costs and expenses. Allocate and manage project resources, including labor, equipment, and materials. Ensure the availability of necessary equipment and materials. Coordinate with subcontractors and suppliers. Monitor and track project progress. Maintain regular communication with clients and project stakeholders. Provide project updates and address client concerns or inquiries. Supervise and lead project teams, including engineers, technicians, and subcontractors. Prepare progress reports, change orders, and other project-related documents.
