I have over 20 years of experience in the chemicals industry, primarily with National Paints. Throughout my career, I have held various key positions including Head of Quality Assurance and Integrated Quality Systems (ISO 9001, 45001, 14001),
QA & BPI
● Follow up the implementation of the Tasks assigned to the management review meetings by the persons concerned and in coordination with GM.
●Responsible for implementing lean manufacturing system such as 5s & value stream mapping & just in time& 9 wastes, Gmp, and all project for continuous improvement system and business process improvement.
● Review the documents related to the QMS, for iso 14001, 9001, 45001
● Determining the need for specific procedures and also identifying the person who will formulate the procedure / procedures and then the process of adding this procedure / procedures to the quality system.
● Follow-up, implementation and registration of proposals for changing documentation related to the quality system.
●Preparing and updating the list of definitions and documents related to the quality system.
● Conduct a periodic review of the quality system with the aim of developing and improving the system and workflow.
● Preparation and updating of system review records.
● Preparing and updating the main regulations for the distribution of certified copies and supervising the distribution of copies accordingly.
● Follow up and analyze NCR cases and save records and reports of non- matching materials.
● Issuance of corrective and / or preventive measures through full supervision and preservation.
●Organizing customer satisfaction surveys
● Establish and follow an effective internal audit program for the quality system and work out an annual audit plan.
● Explain the quality management system to new employees when appointing and holding quality management system courses.
● Determining the need for analysis of different data within the QMS. \{sps, Minitab\}
● Follow up & Analysis Customer Complaint.
● Managing risks and opportunities, adding improvements to the system, and analyzing the internal and external environment.
● Follow up the annual, semi-annual and monthly goals & objective of the departments.
● QC&QA Super User of ERP system.

●Prepare losses ratio categories.
● Preparation of Annual calibration plan for laboratory equipment and production.
● Internal calibration of Balances and labs equipment.
● Following up procedures of Egyptian Quality Mark & EPL

Responsible for monitoring processes during manufacturing, calibration, coding, and launching new products, a finished product only, and responsible for everything related to the packaging process and packaging materials، Create all new PM _Sd،Responsible for (BOM) for all finished goods.
Master's degree in Quality Assurance and Statistics at Cairo University, where my thesis focuses on lean manufacturing using value stream mapping and its impact on improving industrial processes
