I was HDFC BANK employee where I worked as relationship manager and I was also into banking operations, were we have to take care of portfolio customers and also upsell the banking products and also process with all kind of instructions of the customers.
I was responsible for 3000 customer at pune location, Where I was the single point of contact, I was doing end to end banking process starting from opening an account to loans, cards, Modgage etc over the call....
In IT-UAE I worked as customer retention agent, where I was taking care of existing customers of DU SIM of UAE. My job was to upselling, cross selling, and to achieve targets.
I have done 2 months of internship with BigBazar on customer satisfaction.
