I have long practical experience with the applicable laws common and civil law, , commercial laws, companies law, labour law, properties law real estate laws, construction law, rental law ….etc. and all the related cassation courts verdicts issued by the cassation court of Abu Dhabi and Dubai ).

• 1-Because I have more than 20 years of full-time work experience in legal and Conveyance field.
• 2-I have A very good experience in projects of: (Real Estate, Construction, fit out works, Isolation, printing, Furniture and General maintenance ..etc. )), and Civil, Labor Cases.
• 3-I have been working as Senior Legal Counsel in my group companies for more than ten years now, I have experience in preparation of all kind legal documents (agreements, legal statements and legal reports etc. as I have explained IN Detail in my C.V
• 4- I have long practical experience with the applicable laws civil law, real-estate laws, commercial laws, companies' law, , properties law, construction law (civil law), and all the related cassation courts verdicts issued by the cassation court of Abu Dhabi and Dubai regarding the final judgments of construction and real-estate cases ).
• 5-I have the long experience for Attending and representing my group company before any required court as plaintiff or as diffident before all courts (online if any) and arbitration Centre or arbitrator sole if agreed, public prosecution and police station, ( any government entity, RERA: Dubai Land department, Rental dispute Centre,
• 6- Always, I am Initiating the cases by drafting initial statement of claim and arranging all the other required documents and evidences which supporting our company` claim or defense
