There are templates and some tools and techniques which can be very useful for dealing with those risks such as probability and impact matrix, risk rigester, Risk Breakdown Structure (RBS), brainstorming, delphi technique and fishbone diagram. - Research Methods in Computing and how you can find relevant papers that related to my subject using some keywords. - E-Commerce Management . - Strategic Project Management. - Managing Projects with PRINCE2®. - Information System Management.
