Point Of Sales:-
Responsible for handling all point of sales centers (Major role in King Saud University),
Reconciling the payment, Invoicing the consumptions, Refill & monitor fast moving items,
Making periodic inventory, Insure the stock
maintenance Fast, Slow & non moving.
Purchasing :-
Processing Request For Quotation to Purchase Orders,
Monitoring both ( Stock & Back orders ), Rechecking purchases based on customers PO, Amendment verification on Purchase orders.
Logistic :-
Stock Analysis, Stock transfer ( Distribution based on shipment schedule date),
handling Mini-Max & performing inventories.
Reports:-
Sales Order Reports, Purchase Order Reports, Invoice Reports, Under Sale Reports, Stock Report, FSN Report & Forecasted To be ordered QTY.
E-commerce :-
Responsible for handling the online orders and logistic operations end to end.
Expediting :-
Communicating with Suppliers to ensure that all dropship Purchase Orders were received and that deliveries will ship on time.
Review (Item, UOM, QTY, Total Amount, Incoterm & Payment Term).
Confirming with the Vendor our PO against Order Confirmation.
Checking the discrepancy for the item, price & item shelf life.
Allot the shipment, issue insurance & Ghad for SFDA.
Make sure warehouse will receive the shipment and deliver it to the customer before the commitment date.
- Supervise daily activities of the warehouse, including quality assurance, inventory control, space management, logistics, shipping, and customer service.
- Schedule and oversee warehouse team to meet the demands of the fulfillment center.
- Inspect equipment, tools, and machinery regularly, and oversee general maintenance as needed.
- Meet regularly with warehouse leads to review, analyze, and develop actionable plans for productivity and loss prevention.
- Oversee and manage logistics utilized to transport products to customers and internal facilities,
- Communicating with drivers and air partners to ensure
efficient delivery of packages.
- Preparing and sorting documents for data entry
- Entering data into database software and checking to
ensure the accuracy of the data that has been inputted
- Resolving discrepancies in information and obtaining
further information for incomplete documents
- Creating data backups as part of a contingency plan
- Communicating with clients or employers about project,
event or campaign expectations and goals
- Collaborating with clients or employers, finance teams
and other team members on budgeting and allocating funds
- Delegating tasks to appropriate team members
- Managing deadlines and progress across the team to ensure the project is delivered on time and on budget
- Overseeing the delivery of projects and making
adjustments as necessary to ensure they are delivered in high standards
