1- Administer salary increases, promotions, transfer, payroll processing, and other benefits to ensure correctness, timely processing and compliance with applicable laws & policies/ procedures.
2- Manage the implementation and interpretation of HR policies & procedures to ensure a high standard of discipline, organization and transactional justice across the company.
3- Oversee the provision of HR services in line with policy guidelines to ensure employee satisfaction at optimal cost, time and quality.
4- Complete the registration and/or deletion formalities for all employees to ensure an up-to-date status in the organization of social insurance and correct payment of monthly contribution.
5- Oversee the maintenance and update Human Resources system and personnel records to ensure confidentiality, safe-keeping, accuracy and reliability of information and records.
6- Manage, motivate and develop human resources operations team to ensure knowledge transfer, career progression and delivery at high levels of performance.
7- Gather, analyze and benchmark human resources operations data in order to highlight problem areas and recommend improvement plans.
8- Perform other duties as assigned.
I work as a supervisor to work on the site and take attendance and departure
reports and assign tasks.
Responsible for the Najm Accident System in the company and linking
insurance policies to the system.
Entry of insurance documents data into the system.
All administrative matters in the branch from letters to raise salary files for the
central administration and administrative tasks.
