1. Daily Operations
Follow the day-to-day operations related to own job to ensure continuity of work
Contribute to the identification of opportunities for continuous improvement of
processes and practices taking into account ‘international best practice’,
improvement of business processes, cost reduction and productivity improvement
Assist in the preparation of timely and accurate reports of project department /
section to meet company and department requirements, policies and standards
2. Communication and
Coordination
Communicate with employers and coordinate meetings for interviews or
employment (employment days), both inside and outside the branch
Correct and ongoing client matching (Employer), and marketing vacancies for
clients Centre (job seekers) individually or collectively
Commit to daily, weekly, or monthly of Meetings
Maintain the team spirit and commitment to professionalism in the work
3. Policies, Processes
& Procedures
Follow all relevant departmental policies, processes, standard operating
procedures and instructions so that work is carried out in a controlled and
consistent manner
Comply with all relevant safety, quality and environmental management policies,
Coordinate with hiring managers to identify staffing needs
Determine selection criteria
Source potential candidates through online channels (e.g. social platforms and professional networks)
Plan interview and selection procedures, including screening calls, assessments and in-person interviews
Assess candidate information, including resumes and contact details, using our Applicant Tracking System
Design job descriptions and interview questions that reflect each position’s requirements
Lead employer branding initiatives
Organize and attend job fairs and
• - Receive recruitment officers in the companies requests and provide candidates for vacant posts according to the company requirements.
• - Interviewing job-seekers one to one or in small groups to discuss career options.
• - Poviding advice on CV, applications, job hunting and interview techniques.
• - Identifying skills gaps and how to deal with them.
• - Helping young job-seekers to draw up action plans for employment, education and training and supporting them to achieve these goals.
• - Using IT for administrative tasks, such as recording interactions with and tracking clients.
• - Managing a caseload of clients.
